The hotel's location is fantastic. It's super close to the city center. The check-in process was fast, I really appreciated that. The entrance area had such a cool games theme, it felt very modern!
I noticed some damaged lift buttons and the TV acted up a bit. It could definitely use a little TLC, but it did not ruin my stay at all.

the staff helped my partner carry breakfast to the room since the breakfast service was nearly closing i found this very thoughtful. the hotel offers secure car parking in the basement i appreciated this feature since i had a car. i felt safe inside the hotel.

the double room was warm and very clean this added positively to my stay. the shower was refreshing after a long journey it helped me relax. there was tv in the room with access to services and films.

The hotel location proved easy to find. The room offered plenty of space to relax. The modern interior design added a stylish touch at a very good price.
The heating did not work effectively. It only blew cold wind despite the thermostat setting. Noise from the corridor was easily audible because of a big gap underneath the door.

The hotel location offered very easy access to the city centre. It was perfect for my trip. the room was super clean. I found it comfortable. i appreciated the cleanliness.
I asked for a double room. I got twin beds. they were at different heights. One seemed to be a camp bed. the room needed some repairs and updates.
